Well Jimi, I posted some things yesterday about you that might have seemed rude, except for you standing on a 20 inch plyo box to make you look taller, being off the zone, and your nipples being an inappropriate lenght. Other than all that, I apologize Devil. Rachel shame on you, I noticed that you deleted them. It was a joke. I bet if Jimi read it, he would think it was funny. 3-2-1 drop your sence of humor, blah!
Elizabeth you freaking rocked tonight woman...amazing that's what you are! I think you got this one in 10 min and some change me 13:08....then we got to see Smelly Mels lunch.....yum curry anyone?
Gongrats to C-Note and Josh, C-Note was rocking some new Chedder, thats right folks they are engaged!

This is what CrossFit does to you if you put your all into it....(now lets just say it dosen't hurt that they all have gorgeous faces to match those amazing bodies!)P.S....This is my new screen saver at home. As for the WOD today, Moses you were the one who did this as RXD. GHD's were not RXD. However you brought the house down brother! Loved training with you.
Speaking of Moses.........Mr.Good Lookin' is graduating and walks next Saturday and I feel that a celebration is in need. Lets put our heads together and come up with something super fun, wether it be going out at night or a possible beach BBQ... Any Ideas anyone??
What a pretty picture.....uhhhh...Now I know how guys feel about boobs...I didn't even know who the guys were for the first hour I stared at it...Those bodies, WOW!
I have to give my props to Mr. Hom for yesterday's 57 1/2 inch box jump(3 Tires and a blue mat). I am waaaaaaaaaaaay impressed and to be honest, kinda jealous. Hopefully, one day, when I become a freakish human spider monkey like that and get hops to clear buildings and sky scrapers, my life will be complete. :D
PS Look close and you will see that he was wearing my shoes at the time this all took place. I knew I can count on adidas to put wings in their kicks. The video will be posted tonight after I buy more batteries for the flip... Damn Energizers.

Meanwhile, we had a fun class this 6am...partner warm up after hitting an 800m run. Partner squats, carries, plyometric wheelbarrow walks, and of course, bear crawl races (4 lengths of the mat).
1st place men: Justin w/ a blazing fast time of 14 seconds!
1st place women: Trish (but only because I didn't compete, ha) w/ a time of 22 seconds.
King and Queen of the ball today were Mark and Pam. Mark's got a real system w/ those back extensions. Nice rythym buddy. And Pamcakes crushes double unders almost as fast as her tabata hula hoop!
Back to the answer to my previous riddle. PEANUT BUTTER OF COURSE!
I was lacking a jumprope and didn't want to scale a workout with a Sub for Double-unders so I opted for HQ's Cindy workout. Total damage was 30 rounds. Those squats make the legs feel oh so good after the DL's yesterday.
BTW - Does CFSD ever have a rest day or do you all go for 5 on 2 off?
hey..if u havent done so check out this months muscle and fitness...there is a 8 pg article on CROSSFIT..specifically Pentranek Fitness...i guess globo gym is starting to take notice...
oh yeah can somebody send me the contact information for the gues that sells the pressure point therapy kits..
High lights of Wed. evening having visitors from Maryland, Joey Middleton and Brian Crenshaw, they got after it like wolves that have not eaten for 27 days. Even better yet was watching them get after 56 inch tire jumps with Mike H. and Adam. After 100 attempts Mike H. got it....the others...close oh so very close....
