C-Note is a star! Great job Coryna, and Mike for putting together such a great video.
Mike's instructional points on all of the videos he has put together are very good, and an invaluable tool for CrossFit trainers. Form degradation of good athletes (those that we see on video) is rarely exaggerated, and Mike does a great job pointing out the smaller deficiencies for viewers. His video instructionals help trainers develop an eye for catching even small technique deficiencies - perhaps the most difficult task for many trainers. Thanks Mike, we're lucky to have you in-house, and I am glad the other affiliates will have a chance to view more of your good work.

I apologize for my tardiness this morning, I flew late last night and the Calypso ring tone set on high does not pack the punch it once used to. Thank you Dani for picking up my slack, I will punish myself later with a round of bottom to bottom tabata squats (unless someone from the 6am crew has something better in mind. anyone?).

i'm sure this is a day late and a dollar short, but just finished up yesterday's KB wing and HSPU wod...18:09 (70lbs dumbbell, legit HSPU, and true grit). As for my other crossfit compadres:
kid cincinnati: 17 something (60lb db swings, and rack assisted HSPU)
jimmy "aka" #2: 23:49 as Rx'd.
we'll probably skip out on the DLs tomorrow and work squat instead. also starting our own little "filthy fridays" tradition.
