Today's WOD is going to be a fun and Challenging one. Make sure to get into CFSD and knock this one out. The More people the better.
WOD
Team WOD Navy SEAL Style
25 Heavy bag (Log PT) 12 Count Body Builders
4 Rope Climbs
200 Dips (as a team)
200 Pull ups (as a team)
400 Meter Med Ball Run
Time will be stopped.
Then Heavy bag will be held in extended arm position for as long as your team is able. Extended arm time will be subtracted from WOD time.
Post both Times and Final Time to Comments.
This large log is nicknamed "Old Misery", for obvious reasons.



So far this workout has been a lot of fun.
