Hey Guys,

Mike Leet forwarded me a link that many have you have asked for. Its for those gymnastic gloves.

The gymnastics grips are at: http://www.gibsonathletic.com/InventoryD.asp?loc=EN&collection=Gibson%20Gymnastics%20Rainbow%20Hand%20Grips&category=Gymnastics&subcategory=Grips

Check them out if you want them.

Ron

Seth,

For zone there isn't any difference between the two. If you switch over to Paleo then you would want the Almond.

On Paleo the peanut is in the legume category which is on the do not eat list because of the health problems that they are associated with such as inflammation.

Eric

Seth-

As far as Zone numbers, almond butter is the same as peanut butter. The difference is that almond butter is Paleo-friendly; peanut butter isn't because peanuts are technically legumes rather than nuts. Not a huge difference, but if you're shooting for Paleo then almond or sunflower seed butter is the way to go.

Seth

Question for you Zone Junkies.....

I bought some Almond butter (and its quite tasty), but comparing the label to that of Peanut Butter, I don't see the benefit....What am I missing?

JP

I actually think it was funnier that way Seth!!!

haha

Aush

HAha...No Seth, that still came out funny.

Seth

errrr...make that 4 platforms (i guess i swung and missed at that attempt at humor)

Seth

It looks like my gym has 4 boxes, no jerks that I know of.....
