Gymnasty:

Warm-Up:
3 mins Jump rope
Shoulder ROM
Hip ROM

Skill: (Floreio Practice)
Slide into Low Bridge 5 reps @ 5 secs ea
Rotations into Arch (against wall) 10 reps
30 secs aggregate Bridge Hold
Half Au Cortado 14 reps

Repeat sequence

WOD:

4 Rounds

1 min Wall Runs
10 Korean Dips
20' Arch/Hollow Snaps

Notes:

1) Rest 20-30 secs between each exercise in the WOD.
2) Rest 2-3 mins between WOD rounds
