Yeah so I messed up in Gymnasty again...
Sooo..the windshield wipers we will do today will look eerily similar to the tick tocks we did on Tuesday, that's probably because the tick tocks we did on Tuesday are really windshield wipers...probably that's why it will seem similar, most likely, that's all I'm trying to say, if you think about it, really.

This WOD will break you down...for any willing when I did this two weeks ago it was with 155#...GET SOME!
Gymnasty:
Warm-Up - Jump Rope/Locomotion
Skill - Deck Squat
WOD -
3x5 Tempo Weighted Deck Squat
3x5 Tempo Single Leg Arch-Up
60 sec Tempo 1/2 Windshield Wipers
Finish 1x10 Hip Extensions
Notes:
Tempo is 3-1-3 for all exercises
