Notes:
1) After warming up, once you begin your 3 attempts, any deliberate attempt at a lift counts! You do NOT get more than 3 attempts.
2) The deadlift must be lowered under control, it cannot be dropped.
3) Squat 1st, Shoulder Press 2nd, Deadlift 3rd
4) Total = sum of all three lifts
You guys should be aware of Aush's (aka Coach Hines') history...he used to be a PE gym teacher...he actually took the wrestling team to Nationals...watch a clip of his locker room talk below...he takes using drugs seriously.

Just witnessed Smosh PR on his back squat by 30kilos!!!! Pretty amazing. I stayed the same on everything. Can't wait to see my numbers jump after this round of programming!
