Barbell Walking Lunges: 3 sets of 10 total steps per set
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
10 pistols (5 on each leg)
Back or front rack for lunges, your choice. Alternate steps and make them as big as possible so your knee doesn’t go in front of your ankle.
