1) If your Jackie time from two months ago was less than 12 minutes, scale up on thruster weight, pullup band, or both.
Melissa working towards her 1RM Deadlift at the Left Coast Invitational. Melissa PR'd with a 1RM Deadlift of 265#. Did you know that's almost 2.5x her bodyweight. Yup, she's hella strong. Keep up the good work Melis!
Haha ughhh this pic makes me so upset all over again! That was 275#, that I failed on, and I was so. CLOSE :( Next time I'll get it!!! :)

I strongly recommend that Whole 9 seminar--their website is one of my go-to sources for nutrition information and I've heard good things about the seminar.
More wall of fame boards should be going up today so make sure you're putting your name up if you get a top time/score on any of these benchmark workouts or lifts.
