Mallorie has a background in competitive cheerleading. In high school she participated on an All Star team as well as her school's sideline and competitive teams. She then went on to the University of Georgia where she competed at the collegiate level for three years. Her extensive knowledge of lifting a weighted object (as a base for stunting), body mechanics (tumbling and jumps), and interval training made Crossfit the perfect evolution in her fitness path.
Mallorie believes that the principles established by the Crossfit method are essential to optimum physical preparedness as well as to everyday life. She is passionate about training and encouraging others to lead a strong, healthy, and happy life.
Along with training, Mallorie is also a student at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine currently working towards a certification in massage therapy and a Masters Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
