Cabo1_2 My name is Rachel Medina and I am a recovered "Globo-Gym" trainer. I have been a personal trainer and Sport Specific Specialist for 9 years. I instructed Company PT's for the Marines on Camp Pendleton, participated in soccer and gymnastics, and have always led a highly active lifestyle. My life is dedicated my health and fitness as well as that of my clients. Since coming to CrossFit I have dropped the title of "trainer" and adopted the position of a Coach. I no longer just work with people who want the average mediocre "training session". I work with extraordinary people with the desire to learn how to move their body functionally, get fit, get strong and see remarkable benefits. CrossFit's Idea of "Our specialty is not specializing" works for every person. My clients range from SWAT officers, Firemen, Marines, Policemen, Policewomen, Businessmen, and housewives; all with the same goal: to learn how to correctly move their body effectively, and with safety. "Every workout is different by degree, not kind."

 

I am living proof that all goals are attainable when you put your mind to something and make a commitment. If there is a will there is a way, and CrossFit is the way to attain many of your goals. It has made me a stronger person and a stronger coach both physically and emotionally. With my ability to understand the body and the way it moves, I implore you to take the next step and challenge yourself to experience what CrossFit has to offer you.
