Schedule

Established in 2006, CrossFit San Diego was one of the first 50 CrossFit affiliates to open its doors.  Since then we have provided quality training and facilities to thousands of clients in the San Diego area.

We currently offer classes at these times:

CF CLASS: group session for that day’s Workout of the Day
ELEMENTS: small group intro session for learning the fundamentals of CrossFit prior to beginning group classes
GYMNASTICS: intro to basics of gymnastics…bodyweight movements, ring work, handstands, silly little backflips, and so on
CAPT RON’S POWER HOUR: Olympic weightlifting-specific training…technique and strength work for the snatch and the clean and jerk, as well as their assistance movements and skill transfer exercises
FREE CF: our free Saturday morning class for members, potential members, and visitors
OPEN GYM: we’ll give you three guesses…come in and make up a workout you missed during the week or do some additional strength or skill work on your own
